After a customer places an order and completes payment, the order may be forwarded to the supplier for processing and shipment. The product is provided by the supplier and is not manufactured or owned by Miya-Mie.com unless clearly stated.
No General Returns or Refunds
Miya-Mie.com does not offer general returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons such as:
- Change of mind
- Customer ordered the wrong item
- Customer no longer wants the product
- Customer entered an incorrect address
- Product is delayed due to courier, customs, or supplier processing
- Minor color, size, or design differences caused by screen display or supplier variation
Because our products are fulfilled by third-party suppliers, return pickup, return warehouse handling, and supplier-side return services may not be available.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before the order is processed or shipped by the supplier.
Once the order has been forwarded to the supplier, packed, dispatched, or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
Damaged, Defective, Wrong, or Missing Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, wrong, or missing product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Clear photos or video of the product
- Photos of the packaging
- Description of the issue
After reviewing the case, Miya-Mie.com may, at its discretion and depending on supplier approval, offer one of the following:
- Replacement
- Store credit
- Partial refund
- Full refund, only if required and approved after review
Supplier Responsibility
Products sold on Miya-Mie.com may be supplied and shipped by third-party suppliers. Product packaging, quality, availability, shipping timelines, and fulfillment depend on the supplier and logistics partner.
Miya-Mie.com will try to assist customers with genuine order issues, but we do not guarantee return acceptance if the supplier does not provide a return or refund facility.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address, phone number, and contact details at the time of order.
Miya-Mie.com is not responsible for failed delivery, lost shipment, or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.
