Lost, Damaged, or Missing Shipment

If your shipment is lost, damaged, or missing during delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery status update or within 24 hours of receiving the package.

Please provide:

  • Tracking number, if available

  • Clear photos or video of the package

  • Clear photos or video of the product, if damaged

  • Description of the issue

After reviewing the case, Miya-Mie.com may, at its discretion and depending on supplier or courier approval, offer one of the following:

  • Replacement

  • Store credit

  • Partial refund

  • Full refund, only if required and approved after review

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple products, the items may be shipped separately depending on supplier availability and warehouse location.

You may receive separate tracking numbers and separate deliveries for the same order.

Product Packaging

Products may be packed and shipped directly by third-party suppliers or fulfilment partners. Packaging style, labels, inserts, and shipment appearance may vary depending on the supplier and courier service.

Order Cancellation After Shipment

Once an order has been processed, packed, dispatched, or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@miya-mie.com. We will check whether cancellation is still possible before the supplier processes or ships the order.
